1. Download the Shopwave App to your iPad

Download the Shopwave App by searching for Shopwave in the AppStore or by clicking here.

If you do not already have an iTunes account with Apple you will have to set one up before you can download the Shopwave App. 

 

Performing a Re-installation

If you would like to reset configurations to defaults for your merchant and iPad then an option is to re-install the POS software. To do this please follow these steps:

NB. You should only do this when you are sure that your sales have been uploaded to the admin site. Please check first by logging in at admin.getshopwave.com and running some reports / view the dashboard. If all looks correct then it is safe to re-install the app.

 

  • Come out of the Shopwave POS app by tapping the iPad's home button (only button on the front of the iPad).
  • Press and hold the shopwave icon until a cross appears.

  • Press the cross.
  • The app is now uninstalled.
  • Reinstall using the guide and link above.
